I identify the petitioner No.1 Shri Munna Shah, petitioners No.2 Shri Guddu, petitioners No.3 Shri Gulsher and petitioners No.4 Mohd. Umar as the accused and the complainant/prosecutrix Ms. Robbi arrayed as respondent No.2 in the FIR No.370/16, under Sections 451/354/354(A)/354(B)/323/509/34 of IPC, 1860 at Police Station Seemapuri present in the Court today. Apart from the petitioner nos. 1-4, named in the above stated FIR, there are no other persons arrayed as the accused in relation to the present FIR No.370/16, under Sections 451/354/354(A)/354(B)/323/509/34 of IPC, 1860 at Police Station Seemapuri.

CW-2 STATEMENT OF MST. X W/O SHRI ISAB ALI AGED 32 YEARS R/O H.NO.153, GALI NO.4, SHANKAR VIHAR, PALAM VIHAR, GURGAON, HARYANA.

I have brought my original Aadhar Card, photocopy of which is on the record as Ex. CW2/A (original seen and returned). I have studied up to standard 10th. I have come for a compromise in relation to the case against father-in-law, brother-in-law and relatives of my sister. The petitioner nos. 1 to 4 are the aforesaid persons in the FIR No.370/16, Police Station Seemapuri. My affidavit bears my signatures thereon at point A and B on Ex. CW2/B and the compromise deed bears my signatures at point A on Ex. CW2/C which I have signed voluntarily of my own accord without any duress, coercion or pressure from any quarter. I have no opposition to the Crl. M.C. 4874/17 filed by the petitioner nos. 1 to 4 seeking quashing of the FIR No.

370/16, under Sections 451/354/354(A)/354(B)/323/509/34 of IPC, 1860 at Police Station Seemapuri being allowed and I do not seek that the petitioner no.1 Shri Munna Shah, petitioners no.2 Shri Guddu, petitioners no.3 Shri Gulsher and petitioners no.4 Mohd. Umar be punished in relation thereto and I have no opposition to the quashing of consequential proceedings emanating therefrom in relation to the said FIR.

I have made this statement voluntarily of my own accord without any duress, coercion or pressure from any quarter.

CW-3 STATEMENT OF MR. ISAB ALI S/O SHRI YASIM ALI AGED 38 YEARS R/O H.NO.153, GALI NO.4, SHANKAR VIHAR, PALAM VIHAR, GURGAON, HARYANA.

The respondent no.2, prosecutrix of the FIR No.370/16, Police Station Seemapuri is my wife and I live with her. I have no opposition to the FIR No.370/16, under Sections 451/354/354(A)/354(B)/323/509/34 of IPC, 1860 at Police Station Seemapuri and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom being quashed. I have brought my original Aadhar Card bearing no. 315844773670, photocopy of which is taken on record as CW3/A (original seen and returned).
