O R D E R

% 18.12.2017 The petitioner has returned to India in compliance of this Court's order dated 12.12.2017. She has also deposited her passport with the Police Station Model Town, Rohtak, Haryana.

She is stated to have joined investigations.

The learned counsel for the complainant submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana on 04.12.2017. However, in those proceedings, the said High Court was not informed that two similar applications seeking anticipatory bail had been rejected earlier, hence there was deliberate suppression of relevant information. He submits that the matter is now listed before the High Court

of Punjab & Haryana on 09.01.2018. The petitioner is present in the Court and has been identified by the Investigating Officer. In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed not to leave India without the permission of the Trial Court.

Since the petitioner has joined the investigation, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No.214/14 registered at Police Station Tilak Marg, New Delhi, for the offences punishable under sections 384/347/420/120-B IPC, she be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer till the next date, subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigation as and when she is so intimated by the Investigating Officer; (ii) the petitioner shall make no attempt, directly or indirectly, to contact the complainant or her relatives or close associates; (iii) the petitioner shall furnish her mobile telephone number i.e., 9911990005 to the SHO concerned and undertake to keep it operational at all times;

(iv) in case of change of the phone number or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith.

The petition stands disposed off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
