O R D E R
% 23.01.2018 It is submitted that the property disputes between the petitioner and the respondent No. 2 had led to registration of FIR No 314/2016 under Sections 406/467/471/420 IPC at Police Station Bhalaswa Dairy on the complaint of respondent No.2. Petitioner and respondent No.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre, Rohini District Courts, Delhi on 15.11.2017. Therefore, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings be quashed. Respondent No. 2 is present in court and has been identified by SI Sumit Thakran of Police Station Bhalaswa Dairy. Respondent No. 2 says that he has settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion and inasmuch as all the terms of the settlement have been complied with. Petitioner says that she has received a sum of `12,50,000/- in terms of the settlement.
Respondent no. 2 says he has received the possession of the property with all the documents. He has no objection in case aforesaid FIR is quashed.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent No. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR and the consequent proceedings are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
