The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he has already filed a suit for adjudication of the disputes regarding the marksheet. He states that a decision in this regard is expected shortly. He seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Medical Council of India as and when an order is passed in the said proceedings. He also seeks liberty to approach this Court, if his grievance is not redressed. 2.
