This suit is filed by the Plaintiff seeking permanent injunction and mandatory injunction against defamation, damages and certain other reliefs. 2.

Learned counsel for the Plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre pursuant to which Settlement Agreement was executed on 11.07.2025, copy of which has been placed on record. 3.

In light of the settlement, the suit along with pending application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Since settlement has been arrived at before the Mediation Centre as also keeping in view that the suit was filed in 2017, Plaintiff is held entitled to refund of 50% of the Court fee.

Defendants are also held entitled to refund of 50% Court fee on the counter claim filed.
