The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

1.) Issue a writ, order and direction in the natgre of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 and 2 to grant protection to the petitioner from respondent no. 4-5.

2.) Further praying to this Hon'ble Court to protect the petitioners constitutional and fundamental rights from respondent no. 1-5. 3.) Further praying to direct respondent no. 1-3 to take appropriate action against respondent no. 4 and 5.

4.) Further praying to direct respondent no. 1-2 to stop respondent no. 4 and 5 for creating apprehensive conspiracies against petitioner, her family, relatives and friends from respondent no. 4-5 and their friends/ acquaintances/ relatives/ staff/ associates/ other students. 5.) classes to complete her whole syllabus of M.A. Fashion Design (as it is a professional course) of the petitioner according to as the per rules of respondent no. 3. If respondent no. 4 denies awarding a degree to the petitioner after enrolling her in the university, the petitioner raises a demand of closing respondent no. 4/ Singhania University. 6.) Further praying to this Hon'ble Court to conduct a DCP level investigation on the basis of less understanding of ACP and SHO of concerned police station in the matter of facts and circumstances regarding case and limited time period for the petitioner (a student) to make a stand in her life.

7.) Further praying pass any other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that so far as prayers 1, 2 and 4 are concerned, the contact number of the beat constable and SHO concerned will be provided to the petitioner and in case of any exigency, the concerned officer shall respond promptly in accordance with law.

So far as prayers 3 and 5 are concerned, the petitioner, who appears in person, submits that she has already given a representation to respondent no. 3 and will take appropriate steps in accordance with law with respect to the same and seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to proceed as above.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
