The present Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of the Complaint, CC No.16479/2016, registered at Police Station Patel Nagar, West District, Delhi, filed by Respondents No.2 and 3 under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. 2.

Respondent No.2 submits that the Complaint in question is at the stage of final hearing.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that this case is pending for last nine years, which emanates from a matrimonial dispute and Trial Court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. 4.

after pronouncement of the final judgment.
