The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning a demand notice dated 06/09.11.2017 issued by the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority.

The principal grievance of the petitioners is that although the petitioners had been issued a Show Cause Notice but the petitioners have not been heard.

Mr Kirtiman Singh, learned counsel for the respondents states that the respondents would afford the petitioners a hearing within a period of two

weeks from today and pass a fresh order.

In view of the above, the impugned order dated 06/09.11.2017 is set aside.

Respondent no.2 shall pass a fresh order as indicated above after hearing the petitioners.
