O R D E R

% 17.03.2017 Mr. Atul Narang, the Director of the respondent company states that he undertakes to repay a sum of Rs.12 lacs along with interest thereon @ 9 per cent per annum from October, 2013 till the date of repayment to the petitioner. Mr. Atul Narang further undertakes that the entire payment shall be made at one go on or before 7th July, 2017. The undertaking is accepted.

The above undertaking, supported by an affidavit, be filed within a week from today. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter, accepts the said proposal made on behalf of the respondent company, by Mr. Atul Narang.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to revive the same in the event the aforesaid undertaking furnished on behalf of the

respondent company is not complied with.

Leave and liberty granted.

Consequently, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of.
