O R D E R

% 18.12.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide an agreement dated 13th August, 2017; therefore, FIR No.240/2017 under Sections 323/365/506/342/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mahendra Park on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 was employed with petitioner no. 1 at the relevant time.

A quarrel took place between them regarding payment of money, which led to the incident, wherein petitioners gave beatings to respondent no. 2.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sunil Dutt of police station Mahendra Park. Respondent no.

2 admits having settled the matter with petitioners of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitioners and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.240/2017 under Sections 323/365/506/342/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mahendra Park and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
