CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA

O R D E R

% 12.01.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead given liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned trial court for expeditious decision on the pending application of the opposite party for leave to contest, given the fact that the matter is already almost six years old, the respondent, as per the previous proceedings having demonstrably tried to cause intentional delay.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.

This Court hopes and trusts that the learned trial court will accord due consideration to the submission of the petitioner in the application that they propose to move for expeditious hearing. R.K.GAUBA, J.
