% 20.03.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, vide a Settlement Agreement dated 7th March, 2018. As per the Settlement Agreement, petitioner no. 1 has agreed to pay `18,50,000/- to the respondent. `2,00,000/- has already been paid; `6,00,000/- is payable on or before 20th April, 2018 and remaining settled amount of `10,50,000/- by 10th July, 2018. Respondent has to execute a Relinquishment/Transfer document and get the same registered at the time of receipt of `10,50,000/-. Thereafter, parties have agreed to withdraw the cases filed by them against each other, which have been detailed in the Settlement Agreement.
Accordingly, present petition is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 7th March, 2018.
In case of breach of terms of any condition, parties may be at liberty to get the petition revived.
Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. A.K. PATHAK, J.
