% 06.02.2018 As both parties have filed objections against the impugned award and the same are being fixed for final hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the interim order dated 19.12.2017 is confirmed during the pendency of the said objection petitions, without prejudice to his rights and contentions. The interim order dated 19.12.2017 is therefore confirmed during the pendency of O.M.P(COMM.) 456/2017 and O.M.P(COMM.) 56/2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
