This is an application filed by the petitioner, inter alia, praying that the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) be directed to decide the matter in accordance with the order dated 19.10.2015, in a time bound manner.

The present petition was disposed of by an order dated 27.02.2019, directing the NPPA to decide afresh having regard to the order dated 19.10.2015 passed by the Reviewing Authority (Department of Pharmaceutical, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India).

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection

to the said prayer being granted.

Accordingly, it is directed that the NPPA shall consider the matter in compliance with the order dated 27.02.2019 passed by this Court, within a period of six months from today.

The application is disposed of.
