After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed but as per the request made on behalf of counsel for the appellant/defendant/tenant, it is observed that in case any amount has been paid by the appellant/defendant/tenant to the respondents/plaintiffs for the period from 1.11.2014 till the date of recovery of possession on 21.11.2016, such amount

will be liable to be adjusted for the money decree which has been passed in favour of the respondents/plaintiffs.
