% 18.12.2017 In this petition, a mandamus is sought to respondents to give the details of pay fixation of petitioner's husband, who had retired way back on 31st March, 1996.

Upon notice, learned Standing Counsel for respondents submits on instructions that the pay fixation is done and the benefits accruing have been already granted to petitioner's husband during his lifetime and its details would be provided to petitioner by respondent-Directorate of Education within six weeks from today.

In view of aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondents to do so and with liberty to petitioner to avail of remedies as available in law, if need be.
