M.A. no. 31314/2018 (for clarification) It is open for the petitioner to file an application before the trial court for examining the independent handwriting expert. If any such application is filed, the same shall be entertained and disposed of in accordance with law.

As regards earlier application filed by the petitioner, which was disposed of by the trial court vide order dated 28th October, 2017, was for

sending the disputed signatures to FSL. Disposal of the said application has nothing to do with the prayer of examination of private handwriting expert. Application is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsel for petitioner under the signatures of Court Master.
