% 15.11.2019 Since the present petition is filed on the ground that the settlement has arrived between the parties, however counsel for the respondent submits that there is no settlement in the present case. Since the respondent/complainant has objection to quash the present FIR based upon the above settlement, this Court cannot quash the FIR. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount of Rs.1.85 Crore is paid to the complainant, which the complainant has disputed. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
