They state that petitioner No.2 Kajal is a major and they have no objection to her marrying to Ajay Kumar and have wished her good luck and happy married life. Ajay Kumar and Kajal are present in Court and are identified by the learned counsel.

In view of the statement of respondents No.4 to 7, the petitioners do not press the present petition.

The petition is dismissed.
