% 14.03.2019 Impugned order of 10th October, 2017 notes that cognizance has already been taken and rejects petitioners' application seeking discharge while noting that apparently, there is delay in filing of the charge-sheet for the offences under Sections 323/506/34 of IPC. During the pendency of this petition, charges have been framed against petitioners for the offences under Sections 451/341/323/506(II)/34 of IPC. Petitioner had filed a revision petition against the aforesaid charges, which is said to be pending before the Revisional Court.

Learned counsel for respondents-complainant submits that plea of limitation has been taken by petitioners before the Revisional Court. In view of the aforesaid, this petition and the application are CRL.M.C. 5371/2017

disposed of as infructuous with direction to the concerned court to pass a speaking order while dealing with the plea of limitation as well. Dasti.
