% 21.04.2016 By this revision petition the petitioner has challenged the order dated 12.08.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka, New Delhi on filing an application under Section 127 of Cr. P.C.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the application under Section 125 of Cr. P.C. moved by the petitioner is not being proceeded with and purpose of the petitioner would be achieved if the Trial Court is directed to decide the application under Section 125 of Cr. P.C. filed by the petitioner expeditiously. In view of the aforesaid stand taken on behalf of the petitioner,

the Trial Court is directed to decide the application of the petitioner under Section 125 of Cr. P.C. expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date fixed before the Trial Court. With aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
