M.A. No. 10272/2020 (for modification of order dated 13.12.2018) By this application, the applicant yet again seeks modification of one of the conditions of parole, to say that the surety be permitted to be furnished before the Jail Superintendent, Tihar by the petitioner's wife through video-conferencing from Agra. This would amount to a fourth application seeking modification of one or the other condition of parole granted by order dated 13.12.2018. 2.

However, after making some submissions, Mr. Sarthak Maggon, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application.
