% 13.12.2017 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith tendering an assurance that all assistance would be extended to the Local Commissioner for completion of the task of recording of the evidence within the time frame fixed by the impugned order dated 04.12.2017, but at the same time submits that in case, for reasons beyond the control of the petitioner, such exercise is not completed, appropriate prayer would be made before the trial court for extension of time explaining the reasons in such regard.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed CM(M) 1411/2017
