Standing Counsel for the respondent-South Delhi Municipal Corporation submits that the unauthorised construction in the subject property was booked on 11.12.2017, and the demolition order came to be passed on 21.11.2017, and now the demolition action is scheduled for 19.12.2017. In view of the action said to have been taken, the instant petition is without any cause of action, and is dismissed.
