% 29.01.2016 I.A. No.1398/2016 (u/o XXIII R 2 & 3 CPC) and ARB.P. 562/2015 This is joint application under Order XXIII Rule 2 and 3 read with Section 151 CPC, for recording the terms and conditions of the compromise.

The terms and conditions of the settlement are recorded in para 2 of the application.

The application is duly signed by the parties as well as their respective counsel.

The same is also supported by the affidavits of both the parties. The affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner No.2 who is also present in Court. Counsel for the petitioners states that he also authorized on behalf of the petitioner No.1.

The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement as mentioned in para 2 of the application. The present petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement of the application. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
