The grievance of petitioner's counsel is that the aforesaid execution petitions are pending since long and no progress is made. In the facts and circumstances of this case, the Family Court is directed to expedite the proceedings in aforesaid Execution Petitions and to make all endeavours to complete the proceedings in these execution petitions within a period of six months or so.
