% 12.10.2018 A further status report has been filed on record. The same has been perused.

The polygraph tests of the concerned persons have been got conducted and they have been found to be truthful. The State has taken extensive steps to locate the missing person. The present petition was entertained by this Court suo moto upon receiving a communication with regard to one Uttam Parthi Prabhakar Rao going missing in Delhi. The said complaint was made by Mr. Ullamparthy Anand Raju. The complainant had accompanied the missing person to Delhi but he did not return to his hometown. Pertinently, no effective steps have been taken by the family members of the missing person to have him traced out. In any event, whatever steps could be taken by the Delhi Police have

been taken in the present case. We are satisfied that all that could be done has been done in the present case.
