O R D E R

% 17.01.2018 After some hearing, learned senior counsel for the appellant sought liberty to withdraw the appeal and seek appropriate civil remedies against the respondents.

He further sought limited protection for two months. The Court is of the opinion that in case the appellant approaches the civil Courts for declaration and injunction or other such relief, the respondents/authorities shall not take any precipitative action towards dispossession of the appellant in respect of the lands alleged to be in his possession, for the next two weeks.

LPA 20/2018

Subject to this, the appellant's right to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief of declaration and injunction in accordance with law is reserved.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn but with liberty as sought.
