The parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 09.07.2018 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi. The terms and conditions of the settlement are stated in para 7 of the settlement agreement.

A perusal of the same show that it is legal and valid. 3.

In view of the above, the suit is decreed in terms of para 7 of the settlement agreement dated 09.07.2018. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement. 4.

The suit stands disposed of. The plaintiff shall also be entitled to refund of the court fees paid under section 16 of the Court Fees Act. All the pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
