% 19.01.2018 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioners. Pursuant to the directions dated 15.12.2017, affidavits have been filed by the DDA and SDMC. Counsel for the DDA submits that possession of sites no.15 and 17 at Chotti Subzi Mandi, Tilak Nagar, Delhi has been handed over to the respective petitioners. It is also pointed out that the area has been cleared of garbage. Counsel for the MCD and DDA submit that the area would be kept free of garbage in future as well.

As the possession has been handed over and the site has been substantially cleared, the petition is dismissed as not pressed. CM.APPL 45655/2017 also stands disposed of.
