% 25.09.2018 Ms. Kanika Agnihotri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that, a Fixed Deposit Receipt in the sum of Rs.6,83,16,562/-, in favour of the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court, shall be deposited in the Registry, during the course of the day today. The above deposit is in compliance of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 13th October, 2017 in OMP (I) (Comm.) 265/2017, titled as "Navayuga Engineering Company Limited vs. NTPC Limited". Although, the said Fixed Deposit Receipt has been tendered belatedly, the Registry is directed to accept the same, in compliance of the directions issued by this Court as aforestated.

In view of the foregoing, no further directions are called for in the contempt petition.
