O R D E R

% 12.01.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are neighbours.

A quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter which led to registration of FIR No.

258/2012 under Sections 354/509/323/34 IPC at police station Nangloi, on the complaint of respondent no.2. Petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding-cum-Settlement dated 9th December, 2017, therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Ranbir of police station Nangloi. They submit that they have settled

their disputes with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and they have no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the above facts, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating thereform are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
