% 20.12.2017 Prayers made in the petition have been perused. Learned counsel for the respondent who has put in appearance on advance notice has pointed out that similar prayers have been made in the writ petition which had been filed before the Allahabad High Court in W.P.(C) 28798/2017 titled as S.K.S Ayurvedic Medical College And Hospital vs Union Of India & Ors. A copy of that writ petition is placed on record. The prayers made in the present writ petition appear to be almost identical.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the present petition. Permission granted.
