% 14.05.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents has placed before me a communication received by her from the respondents wherein they have stated that the result of the petitioner has been declared by the Commission and his dossier has been sent to Sr. Dy., CGDA (AN), Controller General of Defence Accounts. According to her, in view of this communication, further action shall be taken by the Sr. Dy., CGDA (AN), Controller General of Defence Accounts, who is not a party here. It is made clear, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the CGDA, liberty is with the petitioner to seek such remedy as available in accordance with law. Contempt petition is closed. Dasti.
