% 17.01.2018 CM No.1941/2018 Issue notice. Mr. Bhardwaj, CGSC accepts notice on behalf of the UOI. He says that he does not wish to file a rejoinder and that he would argue on the basis of the record.

This application seeks modification of the order dated 15th December, 2017 to the extent that in paragraph 4 of the said order the applicant/petitioner‟s date of birth has been recorded as 1st January, 1996 as against 1st January, 1966.

My attention in this behalf has been drawn to annexure P1 which indicates that the date of birth of the applicant/petitioner is 1st January, 1966.

Accordingly, the prayer made in the application is allowed. Paragraph 4 of the order dated 15th December, 2017 shall stand corrected to the extent it mentions the date of birth of the applicant/petitioner as 1st January, 1996 as against 1st January, 1966. In view of the above, the period of six weeks for processing the

application of the applicant/petitioner shall, consequently, stand extended. The period of six weeks will start from today. The application is disposed of accordingly.
