O R D E R

% 19.12.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 7 are neighbours. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which lead to the incident wherein respondent no.2 to 7 sustained injuries. It is further submitted that with the intervention of their common friends and other family members, petitioners and respondent no.2 to 7 have now settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations in future. Thus, it is prayed that FIR No. 803/2016 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at police station Neb Sarai on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed in view of the settlement.

Respondent no. 5 is aged about 17 years and is minor, therefore, he is being represented through his brother, that is, respondent no.2. All the

complainants, that is, respondent nos. 2 to 7 are present in Court and have ben identified by ASI Rajender Singh of police station Neb Sarai. These respondents submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners vide compromise deed dated 1st November, 2017 of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Keeping in view that a quarrel took place between the petitioners and private respondents which they have settled voluntarily in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
