O R D E R

% 15.12.2017 Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and in view of the statement made on behalf of the respondent/HDFC Bank Limited, the creditor, to the effect that they shall stay their hands qua the subject property bearing No.E-1/11, Model Town, Delhi-110009, till the disposal of SA Nos.256/206, 257/2016, 258/2016, 288/2017 and 289/2017, all titled as 'Gurcharan Singh vs. HDFC Bank Limited', which are pending before Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Delhi; the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the DRT-III, Delhi to dispose of the present SAs, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of six months from today, in accordance with law.

Till the disposal of the aforesaid SA Nos.256/206, 257/2016, 258/2016, 288/2017 and 289/2017, all titled as 'Gurcharan Singh vs. HDFC Bank Limited', the respondent/HDFC Bank Limited, shall not take any coercive action qua the subject property.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
