Bail Appln. 2569/2017 I have perused the FIR. Petitioner has been specifically named in the FIR by the complainant as the person who was armed with danda and gave beatings to her after entering in her house in the middle of the night. I do not find it to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Application is dismissed. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
