% 21.12.2017 Respondent no. 2 Ms. Sarita Chaudhary is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Naresh Kumar of police station Dabri. Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with petitioner no. 1 of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before the Counsellor, Family Courts, Dwarka Court, New Delhi on 11th October, 2017.
It is submitted that 1st motion has already been
granted on 9th October, 2017 by the Family Courts, South - West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitioner no. 1 and his relative, that is, petitioner no. 2 and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.245/2016 under Sections 354/354B/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Dabri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
