The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that M/s Lala Ram Sarup Institute of Tuberculosis & Respiratory Diseases at Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi (referred to as 'Employer' in the agreement) is required to be made a party to the present petition. He states that M/s HSCC (India) Ltd. had entered into an agreement on behalf of M/s Lala Ram Sarup Institute of Tuberculosis & Respiratory Diseases and not on its behalf. 2.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition to file afresh arraying M/s Lala Ram Sarup Institute of Tuberculosis & Respiratory Diseases at Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi as a respondent in addition to HSCC(India) Ltd. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. VIBHU BAKHRU, J MAY 16, 2018 RK
