O R D E R

% 30.01.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks protection from respondent Nos. 2 to 5. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner owned Flat No. A-1, Plot No. 70, Indraprastha Extension, Patparganj, Delhi-110092, wherein she along with her son, daughter-in-law and their children were residing. Initially, the petitioner wanted that the flat should go to her three daughters and the grandson, which is her desire even today. The petitioner claims that the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 forcibly got her signatures and got the flat transferred in the name of respondent No. 2, the daughter-in-law. The petitioner has already preferred a civil suit in this regard and these disputes can only be settled in the proceedings in the civil suit. The petitioner states that she is subjected to harassment, torture and cruelty, however, no specific instance as to how she was harassed, tortured or cruelty was subjected on her has been mentioned in the complaint. Respondent Nos. 2 to 4, who are present in Court, state that in the drawing room of the flat, a CCTV has been installed to ensure that there is no untoward incident as they also apprehend some backlash from the petitioner. They state that to ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of the petitioner they have also kept a full time attendant for her, who looks after all her chores during the day and night. A status report has been filed by the SHO concerned. As per the status report and apparently on talking to parties, it appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in relation to the flat as noted above, and both sides are apprehensive of misbehaviour and misconduct by the other side.

As per the status report, the contact numbers of SHO, Beat staff and Divisional staff has been handed over to the petitioner. The contact numbers of SHO, Beat staff and Divisional staff be also handed over to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and SHO PS Madhu Vihar will ensure the protection of the petitioner and respondent Nos. 2 to 4 through beat staff and in case of any specific complaint, action thereon be taken in accordance with law.

Petition is disposed of.
