Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the charge-sheet has been filed and the case is fixed for arguments on charge and the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the proceedings.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Trial Court is directed to hear the arguments on charge as early as possible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in view of the aforesaid, he seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with liberty to move the bail application at an appropriate stage. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the bail application.
