O R D E R

% 15.03.2018 Counsel for the respondent has handed over a copy of the refund order dated 6th March, 2018 as per which Rs.63,307/- has been adjusted/set off and refund of Rs.4,54,188/- has been approved.

The refund of Rs.4,54,188/- will be issued within a period of 15 days from today.

It will be open to the petitioner to challenge the refund order if aggrieved and in respect of set off / adjustment of Rs.63,307/-. The respondents have not paid interest. Respondents would pass a speaking order on the question of interest within a period of two weeks. The petitioner, if aggrieved by the said order, would be entitled to challenge the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, writ petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
