This writ petition inter alia seeks a direction to the respondents to develop a university campus at Najafgarh on the land, which was allotted almost 30 years ago. 2.

This court is seized of the same issue which is being dealt with in WP(C)No.9770/2017 Najafgarh Senior Citizens Association vs. Union of India & Ors.

In view thereof, Mr. N.S. Dalal, ld. counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an application for intervention in the pending matter. W.P.(C) 11364/2017
