% 15.12.2017 After some hearing the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead approach the trial Court with a review application as the trial judge having noted at one stage the relevancy of some of the documents vis-a-vis the existing pleadings has declined to entertain evidence in rebuttal which was allowed by this court by order on earlier petition.
The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
