% 29.05.2018 As this Court has already appointed an Arbitrator in Arbitration Petition Nos.294, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308/2018, the present petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to claim similar relief in an application under Section 17 of the Act before the Arbitrator, if so advised. In case any such application is filed by the petitioner, the Arbitrator is requested to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. The petition is disposed of with the above direction with no order as to costs.

Interim order passed by this Court shall continue till the date of first hearing before the Arbitrator and it would be open to the Arbitrator to extend/modify/vacate the interim order upon hearing the parties. Dasti.
