The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, seeking modification of the order dated 21.12.2017 to include the name of Cromewel Infotech Private Limited and to permit the petitioner to seek voluntarily dissolution of the said company under Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013.

It is seen that the petitioner had not mentioned the said company in the said petition, therefore, the order dated 21.12.2017 does not require any modification. The petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy, if any, regarding removal of Cromewel Infotech Private Limited from the Register of Companies.

The application is disposed of.
