% 23.01.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are senior citizens. They are aged about 83 and 77 years respectively. The only prayer pressed in this petition is that trial court may be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of with the directions to the trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments. Endeavour shall also be made by the trial court to conclude the trial preferably within six months.
