% 03.01.2018 The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleaded to:

a. Direct the respondent No.1 to Stop & Demolish the illegal and unauthorised construction over the property bearing No. H1/201, New Samuday Bhawan, New Seelampur, East Delhi, New Delhi-110053 with active assistance of respondent No.2 in the interest of Justice.

b. Pass any other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of Justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, he would be satisfied if the representation dated November 29, 2017 filed by the petitioner with the Deputy Commissioner, East Municipal Corporation of Delhi is considered

and disposed of at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1, who appears on advance notice, states he has no objection on the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. If that be so, the representation of the petitioner dated November 29, 2017 shall be considered and disposed of by passing a speaking order within two weeks from today and the order shall be communicated to the petitioner. If aggrieved, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek such remedy as available to him, in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above. V.
