Arb.P. 876/2018 This petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking appointment of a nominee Arbitrator on behalf of the respondent for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Concession Agreement dated 12.07.2010. Counsel for the respondent who appears on an advance notice submits that the respondent has appointed its nominee Arbitrator vide letter dated 07.12.2018.

In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
